Classics

Classics is a ministry for those 60 and over who are looking for connection, growth, and purpose in this season of life. We gather regularly, stay active, and look for ways to serve and support others, all rooted in our faith in Jesus.

Seniors on the Move

Come join us every Monday from 10:30–11:30am (except holidays) for a fun and encouraging time of exercise. We focus on strength and balance, and it’s designed for all fitness levels, whether you’re just getting started or staying active.

Classics Luncheon

We host a luncheon every December as a time to gather, share a meal, and enjoy meaningful connection. It’s a great opportunity to spend time with friends or meet new people in a welcoming environment. This events is free, and we ask that you register in advance so we can prepare well. You can find event details and sign up through LCC social media, weekly announcements, or at register.lccredding.org.

Out to Lunch Bunch

On the second Sunday of each month, we invite those 60 and up to join us for a casual lunch outing after the worship service. It’s a laid-back time to enjoy good food, build friendships, and spend meaningful, unhurried time together.

Hymn Sing

Our monthly Classics Hymn Sing, led by Pastor Don Pryor, brings people together for a meaningful time of music and connection. We sing beloved hymns, reflect on the truths behind them, and enjoy fellowship in a warm, welcoming environment. Whether you love to sing or prefer to listen, you’re invited.

Drawing Class

Curt Flowers teaches seniors the classic art of drawing with pencil and paper. Curt’s artistic gift, encouraging nature, and loving spirit create a welcoming, safe, and fun environment where participants can learn, grow in confidence, and enjoy meaningful fellowship with one another.
